Letter From The Founder
I founded The 5IFTH after spotting a unique opportunity in Australia’s Industrial and Logistics sector.
Having identified a significant gap in the market, my aspiration was to capture unique, value accretive real estate opportunities and build a sophisticated and thoughtful pipeline of Industrial land across the country.
From day one, I’ve followed a simple principle: partner with like-minded visionaries who share our bold approach to investment. We choose to be deliberately specialised, guided by intuition but supported by data and we make meaningful investments while staying focused on the Industrial sector, supporting our long term vision of creating a highly valuable and substantial portfolio of assets.
Now in our second year, I’m proud that we’ve built one of the most significant private pipelines of Industrial land in Australia and we remain committed to our mission: sourcing and structuring the most compelling investment opportunities in the market while working tirelessly to create and unlock value for our partners.
More than ever, I believe there is a significant role for us to play in the national Industrial and Logistics market and in a part of the value chain where very few can participate.
